Agentic SDLC Transformation

Transforming a traditional software development lifecycle into an agent-native engineering operating model across a 3,000-person airline IT organization — embedding AI agents across design, development, testing, and operations to accelerate delivery, improve quality, and sharpen engineering decisions.

The work is strategy, reference architecture, TCO modeling, proof-of-concept validation, and the knowledge-graph and governance groundwork that keeps agents grounded — inside secure, PCI- and GDPR-compliant environments, reporting directly to the SVP of Airline IT.

Putting a Price on Tech Debt

Built with agentic AI, this initiative gives leadership a rigorous way to reason about technical debt. It reclassifies existing backlogs and introduces new categories of budgetary spend for distinct kinds of debt — anchored by two metrics I designed: a Tech Debt Score and Tech Debt Leverage. Statistically weighted and tuned with Vertex AI, they turn a vague liability into a number executives can budget against.
