Designed and developed private cloud based concert ticketing e-commerce application, and handheld digital scanner for ticket validation, with the ability to operate in both connected and disconnected environments. Managed development and staffing for promotion, sales, delivery, and on-site concert ticketing and scanning. Responsible for all government reporting, compliance, and legal matters.
